How long is the rental period?

Our rental rates are based on the total rental period rather than daily fees. Clients can pick up or have their items delivered the business day before their event and return them the following business day — giving you time to set up and wrap up without any rush.

Can I reserve rental items in advance?

Absolutely. To secure your items, a 50% deposit is required. Once your deposit is received, those items are reserved exclusively for your event date.

Do you provide setup or styling for rentals?

Standard rental services do not include setup, styling, or décor placement. However, if you’d like assistance with setup or creative styling, these services are available through our event planning and coordination packages.

What happens if something is damaged or missing?

Clients are responsible for the care of all rental items during the rental period. Any missing or damaged items will incur a replacement fee based on the item’s value. We recommend designating someone on your team to help oversee rental care during your event.

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. Once we receive your inquiry, our planner will review availability to ensure we can deliver the attention and quality your event deserves.

Do you work with outside vendors?

Yes. While we have a network of trusted partners we often collaborate with, we’re happy to work with external vendors if you already have preferred suppliers — our goal is always to bring your unique vision to life.

What does the event planning process include?

From your initial consultation to the final event day, our team manages everything — concept design, vendor coordination, timelines, décor, and on-site management. We focus on delivering a seamless, stress-free experience so you can focus on enjoying your event.
